My stones are hand selected, and thoroughly washed before painted with high quality acrylics, and sealed with acrylic spray for protection. However, painted stones should be considered a delicate work of art. Take care not to handle too much, or drop them, as the raised dots could crack. However, they can be dusted with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
