Dear Stacy,

Thank you! I have not felt pretty in a swimsuit since I was a stick skinny 7 year old (over 3 decades ago). When the suit arrived from your shop I was excited. Part of me was also scared. It was a frightening possibility (in my mind) that when I put on your suit I might feel the same disappointment that has dogged every encounter with swimwear throughout my adolescent and adult life. I made excuses for not trying the suit on for the last 2 days. Tonight I couldn't bear the suspense any longer....

I am in awe of what you have created, Stacy! Your genius design impresses me to no end. The versatility is astounding. Every which way I tied my suit when trying it on tonight brought a smile to my face and stirred joy in my heart. Thank you for giving me back reason to really look forward to beach getaways and time in the sun! I am so smitten with hisOpal Swimwear that I ordered a second suit tonight! It is arguably a luxury to have one of them, special as they are. Two is quite possibly bordering on excessive but I couldn't resist. I am certain my friends will want to buy suits from hisOpal. Thank you for sending some cards with my suit. I can't wait to hand them out while showing off in the surf!

Shipping

I ship all suits and sarongs using Priority 2-3 Day and First Class International from the United States Post Office. Scarves and Ties are sent First Class to the US. The shipping times provided are guidelines on when you can expect your package to arrive. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays beyond our control. The items represented for sale on the site are all in stock and ready to ship within one business day. If you need your item quickly, please feel free to choose the Priority Express 1-2 Day, or Priority Express International 3-5 Day shipping upgrade.

First Class International shipping from the United States Postal Service at an affordable price is now standard. Shipping to countries outside the US can take up to 30 days, but usually arrive within 6-14 days. If you need your items quickly, feel free to choose the upgraded Priority Express International 3-5 day shipping, available upon checkout. 

International customers are responsible for all fees imposed, including import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the buyer's country for purchases AND returns. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays of weeks or months. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms - no exceptions.
